Since its founding in 1985, Olyda has made many achievements. That being said, it went through its fair share of frustrations as well. With the sudden outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020 impacting brands worldwide, Olyda was unsure what to do at the start. However, our founder Mr. Wang kept a level head and looked at it as another opportunity to innovately lead our company forward into a new era.
Last year, when people found themselves in an unprecedented situation where they were forced to quarantine, we noticed an increase in the demand for children's toys and saw room for growth. In May 2020, the Olyda team adjusted our development strategy to welcome this new opportunity and venture into the world of e-commerce. We have included an international staff to enhance digital marketing and equipment to meet the requirements of this surge in demand.
We have also worked towards innovation in strategy. We partnered with global dealers and designers to design, produce and sell new toys that are both beneficial for early childhood development and making children happy.
The upcoming new year is the year of the ox according to Chinese traditional culture. The ox symbolizes hard work and good fortune. We take this year as a signal to double our efforts to create success not only for us, but for our partners and thus creating good fortune for both. Olyda welcomes more dealers and designers from all over the world to join the us in our collaborative effort for 2021!
